Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• All sales are final once your order is placed.

Order Issues

• If we made a mistake with your order (wrong item, missing item, damaged in transit), please email us at nicericedesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll make it right by sending the correct item or issuing a refund if the item is no longer available.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if we cannot correct a mistake we made on your order.

• If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
